How do i add a scroll bar component?

I am designing a web-based UI for networking software.

This has several tables within boxed areas.

I need to add a vertical scroll bar to each table to mimic more content being present.

How do I do that?

In my last position, I used to use Balsamiq's data grid component, and on that, I could click "Add Scroll Bar", and it would be added to the table.

I would greatly appreciate some help on this.
